Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with The Darling Diva! We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items and accessories (including jewelry) are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at tmanuma@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at tmanuma@yahoo.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right!

Shipping Destinations The Darling Diva currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
